I’m Andrea — born and raised on these waves, mom of three, surf coach, and now your local guide to buying and investing in Costa Rica. I’m newer to real estate, but not to what makes this place special. From founding Surf4Youth to uplift young athletes, to serving on the Costa Rican Surf Federation to champion transparency and community-driven growth, my work has always centered around connection, trust, and service.
